Torda 450: Our Freedom’s Past, Present and Future (Sermon recording)

This day marks the 450th anniversary of the Edict of Torda: the first-ever declaration of religious freedom by a European nation. Significantly, it was the work of history’s only Unitarian king, John Sigismund of Transylvania! Today we’ll join UU congregations in Transylvania and around the world in celebrating this anniversary by recommitting ourselves to the work of freedom in our own time. This service will also feature special music by the World Unity Choir.
