Our Immigration Refugee Alliance and the Adult Education Committee have joined forces with the Cape Cod Coalition for Safe Communities (CCCSC) to bring an Immigration Film Forum to UUFF. The events combine several short films about detention, deportation, and the DACA program along with interactive experiences and ways to get involved. The program is free.

The film line-up includes Anike Tourse’s “America; I Too”, which won a 2017 Roxbury Int’l Film Festival prize for Best Narrative Short; “Exposed: The Injustice of Immigration Detention”, a documentary produced by CIVIC and the NYU Immigrant Rights Clinic; and Brave New Film’s “Bring Andres Home” with Martin Sheen.

The event will be interactive with discussion and questions between films. It is free and open to the public.
