The workshop includes:
Sharing drinking cacao, we’ll dive into a series of powerful (and fun!) practices to help us connect to our deeper selves—and authentically share needs, desires, and boundaries that often go unexpressed. We’ll reflect on blocks we face to speaking our truth, and practice new tools for communicating our way through life’s challenges from a place of presence and empowerment.
*BIO:
Kris Cronon is a writer and facilitator of conscious communication and mindful movement. Her passion is sharing tools and experiences that invite us to step into our authentic expression and embodiment and unlock greater personal power and deeper intimacy with ourselves and others. Raised in the UU church of Winchester, MA, she is a certified Contact Beyond Contact facilitator, 200-hour certified yoga instructor, and has received extensive training in conscious communication, authentic relating, and somatic movement.
