“Tenebrae,” from the Latin word for “darkness,” is a ritual of candles and darkness that marks the days leading up to Easter Sunday in parts of the Christian tradition. What might this ancient ritual, and the challenging images associated with Good Friday, have to say to Unitarian Universalists? Featuring a blend of Scripture, contemporary poetry, ritual, and meditation, along with a homily by Rev.
