October 27th – “Samhain”

In the ancient earth-centered traditions of Great Britain and Ireland, “Samhain” was one of the most important times of year. Meaning “summer’s end,” it was a time for both bringing in the last of the harvest, preparing for winter, and remembering our beloved dead. In this service, we will remember those we have loved and lost, reflect on the wisdom of our ancestors, and try to listen a little closer to the wisdom of the Earth.
