Restorative Movement

Angela and Noah Shepherd, the mother and son co-owners of Shamballa Healing, will present a workshop on restorative movement hosted by UU Falmouth, 840 Sandwich Rd., East Falmouth. The program will help people begin the new year peacefully, with renewed energy. After a welcome and introductions, there will be a short crystal bowl sound meditation, followed by connection through music, awakening energy through movement, restorative movement through music, and finally, a relaxing cool down. This is a free program, although donations will be accepted.
