SUNDAY SERVICE AT 10:00AM

Rev. William Zelazny’s sermon will explore how the essence of our beingness is something that we can label a soul and  T will discuss cultivating Depth and Sacredness in Everyday Life.

The sermon is based on a book written in 1992 by psychologist, former monk, and author, Thomas Moore. “Care of
the Soul” was, and continues to be, one of the premier secular-spiritual books about the importance of attending to the small details of everyday life. Although the book is 34 years old, it is still relevant for us today who are living in complex and tension-filled times. Bill will revisit some of Moore’s thoughts to explore how we might spend some quality time with ourselves to manage and shape living so as to give our ordinary life depth and value.
