Ellen Todd is the worship leader, assisted by Izzie Williams as service associate.
A few months ago, another member of our Fellowship noticed that Ellen was knitting before the service and challenged her to do a sermon on knitting. After giving it some thought, she realized that knitting makes a good metaphor for life. Sometimes we do everything right and are pleased with what we’ve easily created. Other times, we make mistakes, figure out how to fix them and end up pleased with our results. And, sometimes we make such a tangled mess that we have to throw things out and start over. Most of us experience more than one of these as we create the texture of our lives.
This service will be at the Meeting House and via Zoom
